Getting here and parking
There are a number of buses that stop within a few minutes of the Museum.
At Camden Town station, you will need to enter via a specific entrance to the station for your direction of travel. It has escalator access between the street and the platform for northbound services only. The station does not have lift access. The platforms have designated level access boarding points.
At Camden Road station, access between the train and the platform is by a manual boarding ramp, and then access is via a lift.
Chalk Farm Station does not have step free access.
For more information on parking with a Blue Badge, please visit Camden Council’s website.
Every Tuesday, 10am - 6pm, we will wherever possible try to keep all noise as low as possible. Please bear in mind Camden Market does get very busy and the outdoor areas have loud music, so the best time to come is early as possible on a weekday.
If you need special arrangements to facilitate your visit to an event, such as a BSL interpreter or audio description, please detail this when booking your ticket or contact us to arrange.
Concessions for events are available for visitors with access needs. A companion ticket is also provided at the concessionary rate.
Plastic straws are available on request.
First aid and defibrillator
Camden Market has trained first aiders on site 24/7 every day. If you require first aid or have had an accident or injury, please make yourself known to either our Front of House or a security guard.
The nearest defribillator is located between Camden Lock and Stables Market and all security guards are trained in its use.
